Where is Mistlin Sports Park located?

Mistlin Sports Park is in Ripon off of Hwy 99 and the Jack Tone Rd. exit. Head East toward Hwy 120. The festival is on the corner of Jack Tone Rd. and River Rd. For convenient parking, enter off Jack Tone Rd. DO NOT ENTER River Rd. to park! Only sponsors, entertainment, vendors and volunteers will be allowed to enter off of River Rd. 

 

Is there an admission fee for the festival?

No, there is no admission fee for the festival. There is a $5.00 Convenient Parking Fee.

Are hot air balloon rides for sale?

No. However, tethered (tied down) rides will be available for $10. The tethered balloons will begin after the hot air balloons launch and will be located by the water tower.

Is there still time to register as a vendor, sponsor or entertainer?

Applications are now being accepted through August 2011

How much of the proceeds from Color The Skies goes to Children's Hospital Central California?

100% of all festival proceeds directly benefit Children's Hospital Central California.

Where do I park and how much does it cost?

Convenient parking will be provided for a donation of only $5.00 per vehicle.

For convenient general parking, vehicles must enter the parking lot off River Rd. All runners will also park in the general lot. If you're pre-registered for the RUN, just show your run bib and you will receive FREE parking.

All Vendors and Volunteers will need to enter Fulton Ave. (right off River Rd.) to park behind the Mistlin water tower. Please look for the "Vendor & Volunteer Parking" sign.

All Performers will park in the narrow paved parking lot on the southwest corner of the park. You will enter off of River Rd. Please look for the "Performer Parking" sign. Sponsors have their own lot located by the water park area of the park - adjacent to River Rd. Please look for "Sponsor Parking" sign.

RVs will be permitted to park in the general parking lot overnight for a charge of $25 per night.

What is the dress code for Color The Skies?

We ask that all patrons dress appropriately for this family-friendly event. 

Are dogs allowed at the park?

Yes, as long as they are kept on a leash at all times.
